|
Margaret Clark - What she does If you read her bio, you know that Margaret is involved in many different art forms. Here are a few of them. |
| Wood working | She loves the outdoors and has made a habit of collecting interesting looking pieces of tree branch which she seasons and then carves into walking stick s and staffs. Her walking sticks are in high demand and she is happy to custom carve one if asked. Margaret also carves boxes, bowls and figurines. |
| Leathertooling | Margaret loves to make assorted items from leather. She has made stool covers, bookmarks, bags and much more. |
| Sewing and Embroidery | Margaret is an avid seamstress and likes to make her own designs. Her most challenging project recently was to cover a beautiful vest she had made herself, with sequins. She now displays the vest as a wearable piece of art. |
| Miniature paintings - on paper and eggs | She creatives exquisite, tiny pictures on blown eggs. She also pains tiny, perfect pictures which she frames and hangs in groups. |
| Watercolour Painting | Whenever she gets into the country, Margaret tries to capture a favourite scene or mood. Her paintings are sometimes whimsical but always charming and colourful. She uses just about any material as a surface. |
